To visit Australia it may be necessary a passport or visa, depending on the country you live and why you are visiting Australia (tourism, work or study). The New Zealand citizens can apply for a visa when they arrive to Australia, while citizens of another country will have to apply for a visa before leaving their country. The visa usually last for six months but may be extend up to 12 months. If you are unsure about any matter relating to travel documents, we recommend that you contact your travel agent, the Australian Embassy or Consulate in your city.
Health Concerns
There is no required vaccinations to visit Australia, unless you are coming from an infected area. The International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required only when traveling from an infected area and when the traveler is more than a year old. In case of doubt we recommend that you consult your doctor or the Australian Embassy.
