| Burocracy | To enter Jamaica it may need a passport or visa, depending on the country you live and why you are visiting Jamaica (tourism, work or study). The U.S. citizens must have a valid passport while the Canadians citizens may enter without a passport but must have a birth certificate and other document such as driver's license. Citizens of other countries must have passports, being the visa only required for stays over 30 days. All visitors must have a round-trip ticket as well as evidence of having financial possibilities for their trip.
