Name: Albany
Description: Albany is a city that's situated in the Australian state of Western Australia. It is located approximately 408 kilometers southeast of the state capital, Perth. This city has the most fascinating diving sites with some of the world's most exotic marine species. There are over 500 known species of marine life present in the reefs around Albany. The lush and exotic coral reefs along with the mystic HMAS Perth shipwreck will surely captivate the interest of any visitor diving in the waters of Albany. The depths vary between 12 and 60 meters being suitable for divers of all levels of experience.

Water Temperature: The water temperature varies between 15° C in the winter and 19º C in the summer.
Diving Suit: Complete wet suit or wet suit with shorts.
Visibility under water: Visibility between 10 and 50 meters.
Climate: The climate of Albany is mediterranean. Temperatures vary between 16º C and 25º C in the summer and winter temperatures range from 8º C and 16º C.
How to get there: This location can be reached by air, land or sea. Skywest airline makes daily flights from Perth to Albany. If you choose to rent a car you can go through Albany Highway on a journey of about 4 hours from Perth to the city of Albany. With regard to maritime transport, some cruise ships include Albany in their itineraries.
