| Description: | Angra dos Reis is formed by 365 islands and two thousand beaches, full of natural beauties, legends and entertaining. It is localized on the fluvial Costa Verde, between the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, on the borders of the Rio-Santos highway (BR-101). To well know this piece of the fluvial Costa Verde, we can even only ride with a boat, on which we can observe the sea of crystalline waters until the great mansions of the rich and famous people, standing up on particular islands. Angra dos Reis bay is one of the main plunge center of the country. Its clear waters shelter more than 50 plunge points, among islands, coasts and shipwrecks and it attracts tourists from the whole country. Beyond the exuberant maritime fauna, the calm waters are perfect to those who are starting the practice of plunging. Angra dos Reis shelters several plunge firms and most of the resorts offer that service. |
