Name:	Bombinhas
Description:	In Bombinhas is hidden one of the most fascinating subaquatic scenarios of the world. Many are the facts that made this place one of the most preferring points to divers, amateurs and professionals. One of the facts is that 60% of the territory of Bombinhas is placed on the Marine Reserve of Arvoredo. The other one is concerned with its geografic situation, which allows the gathering of two marine currents: a cold one, procceding from Malvinas islands, Argentina, and a warm one, the brasilean current. That allows the perfect condition to a rich and diversified marine life. Due to the fact of being a peninsula extremity, bordered and surounded by beaches and coasts, it offers several options to the practice of plunge. Since 1980, the plunge has been growing on Bombinhas, being already known as the Capital of the Ecological Plunge. This plea promoted the installation of several plunge centers, providing practical courses, beyond a great variety of equipments and materials for the submarine activities. The way of living of the local seas, which alternate with the choral reefs, are surprising for those who invade the profound waters. To those who are more experient, it is possible to travel to the past, visiting shipwrecks, like the LILI cargo-boat (1957), on Galés island.

Water Temperature:	Water temperature in winter between 14ºC and 21ºC and in summer 25ºC and 28ºC.
Diving Suit:	In the Winter complete wet suit and in the Summer wet suit with shorts.
Visibility under water:	With a visibility of about 20 meters.
Climate:	Temperate climate with a minimum temperature of 22ºC in winter and 24ºC in summer. Maximum temperature is 21ºC in winter and 28ºC in summer.
