| Description: | The plunge in João Pessoa has been gaining strenght among the plunge followers. In João Pessoa, there are three locals that are more searched by the followers of that practice. One of them is at the proximities of Tambaú Hotel, a place where has shipwrecked the Queimado vessel. Beyond this, on the neighbourhood of Intermares it is possible to see the shipwrecked steam Alice. The Alvarenga tugboat also has shipwrecked on the paraiban coast and the divers can watch it. Another option for leisure on João Pessoa's littoral is Picãozinho, a choral formation placed at 1500 meters far from the Tambaú beach. There, it is possible to dive among multicoloured fishes that live on the natural pools, formed on the low tide by the chorals. The same irresistible adventure can be lived on Areia Vermelha, an island which is formed in middle of the sea during the low tides. Another evidence is Ponta do Seixas beach, the American oriental extreme, where the day borns earlier than in any other place in Brasil. |
