| Description: | Port-Vendres is a city in the French administrative region of Languedoc-Roussillon. This site presents a large number of diving sites, such as L'Alice Robert, La Moulade, Le Pytheas among others, consisting of wrecks, large boulders, rocky plateaus, crevices, rock walls and that are at depths that don't exceed 50 meters. Because of the wide number of diving areas, there are diving sites both for novice divers or for more experienced divers. |

You can visit an old Commercial Hotel, at the end of the port a monument in honor to the Polish airmen that embarked in Port-Vendres, walk on the Jules Pams street, an eighteenth-century obelisk in honor of Louis XVI, a War Memorial built in 1922, the Veterans North African Memorial, the Church of Notre-Dame de Bonne Nouvelle built in 1888, the Clock Tower, the lighthouse built in 1889, the Museum of Sidi Ferruch dedicated to French Algeria from 1830 to 1962, among others. If you prefer, you can enjoy various water activities like boating, sailing, surfing, canoeing, among others. |
