Name:	Formigas
Description:	In 1988 was created the Natural Reserve of Formigas Islets, which includes, in one of the extremities, the Formigas islets and, on the other adjacent maritime area, a submerse reef called Dollabarat, rich on fauna and flora, with great biologic variety and with an excelent state of preservation. Here the divers can find depths at several profoundities, limited by the 198 meters line of the reservation. In this area are forbidden any activities that are linked to the fishery, harvest or crop of maritime organisms, including the submarine fishery, with or without the help of a boat, except the commercial fishery of tunny with hand line or jump and cane, realized by boats which integrate the MONICAP system. The islets do not garantee any type of shelter to anchor, in spite of the fact that, when they have a fine weather, it is possible to disembark on them, existing at west and east two creeks with a small anchorage. The surrounding waters have a big ecological importance due to its maritime life diversity and due to the fact of constituting a place of reproduction and feeding for many species, including sharks, turtles and several cetacea, serving occasionaly for the maritime birds rest.

Water Temperature:	Water temperatures up to 25°C in summer and 17°C in winter
Diving Suit:	In the Summer wet suit with shorts and in the winter complete wet suit.
Visibility under water:	Underwater-views from 20-40 m, in good conditions up to 60 m
Climate:	It has a dryer and sunny climate, origining a better amenity along the four seasons of the year.
How to get there:	The only way to get to get to Formigas is by boat.
