| Description: | The Principe Island is the smallest island of the archipelago of Sao Tome and Principe, which consists of two islands. The capital is Santo Antonio with an area of 142 square kilometers and a population estimated in 2004 of 5,400 inhabitants It has plenty of beaches and coral reefs. Principe Island is rich in places adapted to underwater hunting and can find corvina often higher at 15 kg, barracudas and others. It has a bottom (between 10 and 25 meters) high in tunnels and holes between the stones. |
