| Description: | It is a vessel of twenty meters long and was nicknamed "Alvarenga" since there is no record of it or of it's wreck. It is located 6 miles from Ponta do Bessa and the ship is intact. At the prow there is a small winch and two bollards at the stern and another pair of buds. A compartment in the prow and one stern. You can go below deck where there usually are sharks. |
| Fauna and Flora: | In terms of fauna there are plenty of fish, such as ceasar grunts, alexandria pompano and horse-eye jacks, to inhabit the hull of the Alvarenga as well as lobsters and nurse - sharks. Often, divers are rewarded with huge groupers that hide in the holds of the vessel. |
