| Description: | Aikoku Maru was built in 1940 and was a freighter / passenger ship. It's wrecked just a mile south of another shipwreck, Nippo Maru. It is one of the wrecks of Chuuk more damaged, leaving only half of the stern, where you can see some anti-aircraft guns. The boat was upright, at 70 meters, in flat bottom but due to bad weather was overthrown. It is a deep dive with little visibility. |
