| Description: | A quarter of a mile to the west coast of Santa Cruz, at three minutes from the harbour. This shoal is associated with a submarine volcano, with the closest peak to the surface at 5 meters depth. Presents a very dynamic rock formation, with many gorges, steep slopes, cracks and a rocky bottom with gaps of sand to a depth of 32 meters. Displays weak currents. The diving is done in a circular path where you can make a full turn at the shoal. |
| Fauna and Flora: | It can be seen on the rock, ornate wrasse, cuckoo wrasse, canary damselfish, azores chromis, black morays, black congers, groupers and comb grouppers. Along the walls of the slope white trevally, amberjacks, yellow mouth barracudas, atlantic bonito and devil rays. |
