| Description: | This dive site is characterized by being one of the favorite places to perform night dives. Is sheltered in the Fish Hoek bay and is often calm and clear while the rest of the area is unsuitable for diving. Sunny Cove is located at the southern side of Fish Hoek bay. Park near the Sunny Cove railway station located south of Fish Hoek. Cross the railroad through the bridge, follow the paved road on the right side of the beach and choose one of many and easy entry and exit points. |
| Fauna and Flora: | In terms of fauna and flora, the most common species are a large quantity of small fishes, some flute fishes and Seahorses. At night you can see spurdog and european Plaice semi-buried. The rocky reefs are covered with marine vegetation, but the invertebrate species are not very colorful as in other dive sites farther south. |
