Name: Coachman's Reef
Description: This dive site is characterized by being a reef located 7 km north of Island Rock. The reef is full of cracks and overhangs that serve as shelter to a wide variety of marine life. At the reef base you will find small species that are hidden in the sand. The access to this dive site is made by boat and is only recommended for divers with some experience.
Fauna and Flora: In terms of fauna and flora the most common species are schools of coachman's, bigeyes, snappers, eels, small schools of juvenile fish, eagle rays, mantas and a large variety of corals.
Diving Types: Sightseeing Deep Diving Identifying sea life
Maximum depth: 21 m
Water Temperature: The water temperature is about 27º C in the winter and 19º C in the summer.
Diving Suit: Complete wet suit or wet suit with shorts.
Visibility under water: Visibility between 5 and 40 meters.
When to go: June   July   August   September   October
