| Description: | Right in front of the fishing village of Arguineguin is a large reef. Sometimes there's a little bit of current which makes this place one of the favorite sites for drift dive. The reef extends itself from east to west for about 700 meters with a deep overhang that is home for the rare and elusive porcupinefish. Lots of moray species inhabit the reef with shoals of gruntfish and sardines. The overhang provides safety for rays and it also shelters cleaning stations advertised by colorfull anemones and skunk cleaner shrimps. |
