| Description: | Ang Thong Marine National Park consists of 42 islands and its name means "Golden Urn" in Thai. The top side scenery is very similar to Pha-nga Bay with many limestone outcrops and formations. The two most popular dive spots are at Koh Wao and Hin Yippon where you can enter shallow caves and swim through. There are many soft and black corals and you may see sea snakes and turtles here. It is also one of the few places where, if you're lucky, you may see the seasonal Dwarf Minke Whale. |
