| Description: | This dive site is characterized by a rocky reef located northeast of the Bookends site. It requires a rapid descent since a prolonged stay on the surface can drag the diver to the jagged rocks or into deeper waters. At about 15 meters deep, you'll find a hole in the rocky reef's terrain that measures 1.5 meters in width and 6 meters in length, which you can explore and observe the various marine species that make this cavity their home. |
| Fauna and Flora: | In terms of fauna and flora, the most common species are soft and hard corals, sponges, hydroids, gorgonians, sea whips, sea plumes, flamingo tongues, algae, tarpons, barracudas, turtles, lobsters, angelfish, queen angelfish, gray angelfish, big eyes, blennies, gruntfish, creole wrasses, cubera snappers, nurse sharks, soldierfish, black durgeons, scrawled filefish, triggerfish and stingrays. |
