| Description: | Very large eye and tentacles about as long as the body. Triangular fins on each side, which later unite into a single termination point. Five light organs around the lower third of the eye, the two outermost are great, while the interior is similar to three small points. |
| Habitat: | Usually lives in deep waters on continental plates, in a surface of 180 meters, however, sometimes migrate to shallow waters at night to feed. |
