Common Name: Lord Howe Butterflyfish, Lord Howe Coralfish
Description: It has a silver body with black vertical bars. The dorsum is yellowish. It feeds on small invertebrates, polyps of soft corals, tiny crustaceans found in reef crevices with their long snout and sessile invertebrates.
Habitat: It inhabits rocky reefs with corals, at depths between 10 and 150 meters.
Color: Silverish, black and yellow.
Dimensions: Up to 18 centimeters.
