Common Name: Dusky Anemonefish, Red and Black Anemonefish, Melanopus Anemonefish, Cinnamon Anemonefish
Description: They are usually red with black on the body, pelvic fins and anal fin. They have only one band on the head, which may be blue or white. Females usually have their snout in a whitish shade while the males snout is bright red. They feed primarily on planktonic copepods and algae.
Habitat: Reef lagoons, reef plains and reef faces, at depths between 1 and 18 meters.
Color: Red.
Dimensions: Up to 12 centimeters.
