Common Name: Bluespotted Tamarin Wrasse, Bluespotted Wrasse
Description: Females are brown on the back, and reddish-brown on the belly, with blue dots on each scale and blue lines on the head. Males are brown or green in the whole body, with vertical blue lines on each scale. They feed mainly on small crustaceans, polychaetes, decapods and molluscs.
Habitat: Shallow areas with ondulation in frontal crests of reefs, yet it lives at depths between 1 and 18 meters.
Color: Brown or green (males).
Dimensions: Up to 42 centimeters.
Geographical Distribution: Indo-Pacific
