| Description: | Small head, very short snout. It has a narrow silver band along the body (with a similar width to the diameter of the pupil) that becomes less visible in the anterior portion of the body. The body is grayish with a few melanophores on the upper part. The dorsal fin originates at a point above the area in front of the anal fin. |
