Common Name: Yellowfin bass
Description: The head and the body are colored light red to reddish orange, with 3-4 yellow stripes on the side. It has another yellow stripe from the eye to the base of the pectoral fin, and another from the eye to the upper margin of the operculum. There is a bluish spot below the front part of the dorsal fin. The belly is silvery white. The dorsal and anal fins are bright yellow. The pelvic fin is yellow with the outer margins in a pink color.
Habitat: Benthopelagic.
Dimensions: Up to 25 centimeters in lenght.
