Common Name: Iridescent Cardinalfish
Description: It has an iridescent green-blue color, which is only activated at night. They feed mainly on benthic and planktonic crustaceans, including shrimps, brachyuran crabs, amphipods and isopods.
Habitat: Reefs adjacent to the coast, algae beds, reef lagoons, outer reef plains and frontal slopes of reefs at depths between 1 and 158 meters.
Color: Iridescent green-blue color.
Dimensions: Up to 15 centimeters.
Geographical Distribution: Indo-Pacific
