Common Name: Rifle Cardinalfish
Description: Fish of this species have a dark lateral stripe that extends to the tail fin bordered above and below by a white line. They also have a dark band on the dorsum with a white band above.
Habitat: They live in estuaries, bays, lagoons, and is generally found in beds of algae, sandy plains and slopes. It occurs at depths between 0 and 50 meters.
Dimensions: Up to 8 centimeters.
