Common Name: Whitestar Cardinalfish
Description: It is a reddish-pink fish with a black spot near the base of the second dorsal fin. It also has a white spot located after the black spot.
Habitat: It inhabits frontal slopes and reef scarps, in caves and crevices at depths between 5 and 70 meters.
Color: Reddish-pink.
Dimensions: Up to 6.5 centimeters.
Geographical Distribution: Western Atlantic
