Common Name: Ochre hackled starfish
Description: Plates on the dorsal board of the tentacles with one to three spikes. It feeds with moluscs.
Habitat: Infralittoral mobile depths (smooth sand, stout sand, detrital), it can occur on the superior part of the circalittoral.
Color: Redish colour.
Dimensions: It reaches 55 cm in diameter.
