Common Name: Triggerfish
Description: Complete lateral line. Thirty three to thirty six scales in a transversal line between the origin of the second dorsal and the anal.
Habitat: Usually littoral, pelagic, until 100 m depth.
Color: Brown or greyish body, with bluish or greenish reflections; vertical fins with blue stains and greenish sides; it can appear green and blue stains over the superior part of the head and back.
Dimensions: It reaches 60 cm in length.
