Common Name: Speckled Damsel
Description: The fish of this species have a white tail, snout, interorbital area and forehead of a bluish color. In general, the body is slightly reddish. Juveniles of this species have blue lines. They feed mainly of filamentous algae. They swim alone or in small groups.
Habitat: Atolls and outer edges of reefs, at depths between 1 and 12 meters.
Color: Reddish color.
Dimensions: Up to 9 centimeters.
Geographical Distribution: Western Pacific
