Common Name: Squat Anemone Shrimp
Description: Two pairs of short antennae and colored bands. Bulging and thick eyes, tail directed upwards. Lives in association with several specie of anemones that uses as protection, so if any threat (or diver) approaches, it uses the anemone tentacles to hide itself or the anemone body.
Habitat: Lives near the anemones at depths between 3 and 18 meters.
Color: Brown and gray body with three spots in a saddle form along the body and small white spots on the sides and tail. Usually the spots are bounded by a dark brown and violet line.
Dimensions: It has between 0.6 and 1.8 cm in length.
Geographical Distribution: Caribbean Sea Western Central Atlantic
